My name is Claudia Heijdel and I'm looking for sensitive people who want their voice heard and their needs met without feeling emotionally or mentally exhausted.

Why?
Because I am an empath myself and had to learn the hard way. For 20 years now I am guiding sensitive women to deal with taking on the emotions of others, self-doubt, feeling like an outsider, getting overwhelmed easily and learning to trust their own intuition.

For the first time now, I will do this in English, since so many people are asking me to guide them. So please let me know if you are interested and I will keep you posted about the 6 week step by step plan I am building.

- living together with the love of my life Peter, he's a musician and creative
- lots of schooling through education and life experience (self-taught)
- loved my work as an ICT specialist in the 90's before my big shift through a burn-out
- due to a huge burn-out at 28 my life changed radically and I found my path as a lightworker, teacher and educator, founding my own school, developing Do-In Yoga teacher trainings for highly sensitive people to empower them and teach them to self-heal through shiatsu and meridian exercises and energy therapy
